This link should help. Otherwise if you're slightly confused on what to do, follow these steps.
1)Open up AVG
2) In the top left corner, find the column "components" and click it.
3) In that column find Resident Shield and click that.
4)Find Resident Shield Settings towards the bottom.
5) Uncheck Resident Shield Active
6)Click "Save Changes"
7) Open Up your RiggedMS client and it should work.
