The Connect to the Server has ended.-D/C pretty much, either really laggy, or maybe you talked to JM since he sells like 300+ ites. Mostly trying to connect back works, or maybe your computer cant handle it.
Error Code 38: Reached the End of File.-This error happens sometimes randomly. I know one problem is the cake in KC, channel 1. [Thanks to jbRocka] Some 4th job skills, like big bang, can D/C everyone in the map.
Error Code (Some big number) (0x[some other number] unknown error). This happened to me, you can 1. Restart computer, update your DirectX driver, or Un- then re-install the newest Maplestory, from maplestory.nexon.net.
Can not connect to login server- This one is pretty self-explanatory. This means the server could be restarting, shutting down temporialy, or down for that point in time.
Wrong version of the client is installed- Also self-explanatory. You may have, lets say, v.99, but the client for the server is .v98. Or vice virsa.
[ERRORS WHILE CONNECTED TO THE CLIENT]
Cannot connect to game server- Also D/C, same thing as the first D/C one, connecting CAN work, but not always works.
Guys, remember, do not flame this, this is for helping others. Post here or whiper me if you see something that needs to be removed/ needs to be added/ needs to be modified.

[Misc. Errors]
[Stephenjin's Error]-When people "hog" (keep on it for excessive amounts of time) JM, he can't buy a single thing, and he keeps D/Cing. [Fix]: Wait till like an event is going on, since most people who hog JM are people who, honestly, have no life, and care about their "image" online. (Not joking around, this is serious) They like to be the "hero" and want to be known online, which would lead them to events.

It's not much of an error, but if people would take the time to >read this< then it would be very helpful. I've noticed many new members have joined this server, and what I think would help is to create multiple NX selling NPC's, because every 10 seconds I d/c because too many people are "hogging" the NPC and it d/cs everyone. For the love of God, be patient people. I'm not constantly clicking on him just to get the NX I wanted, I'm willing to wait for people to finish what they're looking for, but most importantly either 1.) Adding a few more channels if possible, or 2.) Creating multiple NX NPC's would greatly decrease this insane rise in camping your little avatars next to JM from the Streetz. This is not just an error, but a difficulty in society. Just learn to wait your turn, set up a system for all I care, just don't be snobby little ****s and expect to make the world revolve around you.  | |

And its not people hogging it that makes you d/c..Have you ever seen ALL the stuff JM sells?Thats hundreds of items.
Have you ever gotten the chance to buy stuff from JM?If not, its not people hogging.
If you CAN buy from JM, but rarely, i suggest you try when there is an event going on. You might miss like A foj, but thats it. You would have NX then, and FoJ isnt rare

Uhm.. Server is up on my bros computer, but i cant connect on this computer.. any ideas why? ._.
I've tried un-installing gMS and re-installing, tried re-downloading RiggedMS. Still doesnt work? | |

However, I know my connection and computer are fine. This error occurs everytime, I log in and select my character. Literally, EVERY TIME. I have not be able to login to my CHARACTER (I can access my account), since the client update (which I HAVE updated, btw). Help please? =[ | |

Cant connect but my brother can: Uninstall Maplestory, delete your nexon folder, and all that, make sure you delete from recycle bin too. then reinstall the whole client from nexon, then put the stuff back in.
.dll error: same thing as the above one, and the "stuff" is like riggedms.exe and all that. make sure you download to desktop, then drag and drop into maplestory folder, and make sure you see all that stuff for actual maplestory.
connection ended: keep trying, the server has been very laggy lately. | |
