Omyogainternational organizes an Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga training course. As drawn from the ancient text Yoga Korunta, the Ashtanga Primary Series is combined with the creative flows and sequences of 'breath-synchronized movement' found in the Vinyasa Flow style of asana practice in this course. The Ashtanga Primary series will be taught to the students. This course is part of the 300-hour YTTC Rishikesh program.
