I think that sometimes it is worth distracting yourself and allowing yourself to play some games.
Even at work I sometimes take breaks. We are allowed to take a break every hour for 10 minutes. Sometimes I spend them on warming up, and sometimes I play games like chicken road this game helps to relax a little. Although real rest always awaits after work.
