Not on ms but on WoW i was the the owner/hoster of a rather big server.
What are your playing times and how long are you online?
active.. like 4 - 7 hours weekdays 8 - 12 weekends

This was very short, if you really want to be apart of the staff you have to show us that you want it. One way is to actually put some effort into your application.

I'm offering my help I dont have to give a paragraph for offering help if you dont want it then decline it.. I am more useful for hosting and tech support type of things anyway

If you're here for that type of thing, back your opinions up with reasons, there's a lot of other people offering their help, and I think that the mods are looking for the applications that stand out the most, determination. If you're not determined and you're just offering your help, try to find other ways (than applying for a mod) to make RiggedMS a better place for everyone? Just a suggestion if the "mod" thing doesn't work out for you.
