When I try to open RiggedMS, it says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." What do I do?

Are you an Administrator on your computer?

Do you have v.55 version of GMS, Did you put the client in your nexon folder?

I have V. 55 of North America MS and it's in my Maple Story folder.

Location of RiggedMS: C:\Nexon\MapleStory\RiggedMS

Try re-installing RiggedMS...or restarting your computer, have you had this problem before?

No. I just installed RiggedMS. I never used it before. I haven't had this problem with other programs either.

Are you sure you have the updated client?

Yeah, I'm sure. It lets me play on Global MS, but not RiggedMS.

ok mewkip..do you have avg or any antivirus on??...if you do turn off that resident shield or whatever because all antivirus detects an exe as an virus or whatevre...just turn off the shield.or whatever...then trying redling it or just try it again...p.s. dont just turn off the antivirus because that wont do anything

Hmm try right clicking on the executable riggedms and go on "General" tab.I think you should be able to find an unblock button on the bottom.

If what "quiksht" said fails, you can always try uninstalling AVG. I had the exact same problem with AVG and it kept detecting the file as a trojan. So I uninstalled it and then I was finally able to run RiggedMS. Unfortunately for me, the server is now offline.
